Blank Panels for 10" Racks

Empty rack space looks unfinished, collects dust, and lets air take the path of least resistance instead of the path through your hardware. Blanking plates fix all three.

Nothing clever here. Flat 2mm aluminium, cut to standard 10" rack width, drilled to EIA-310 hole centres, satin black powder coat, NBHT mark engraved. Available 1U through 4U.

Why bother

If you're running fans, unfilled U's are a bypass — air goes around your gear rather than through it. Blanking the gaps forces it where it's meant to go. If you're not running fans, they just stop the rack looking half-built.

5005 aluminium, Australian material, cut, powder coated and engraved in our own workshop in Adelaide. Same panels we use in our own builds.

Fits

Any 10" rack on EIA-310 hole spacing, ours or anyone else's. Mounting screws and cage nuts are not included — use whatever your rails take. Ours take M6 button head into T-nuts.
