What are the postage costs for Domestic orders?

A flat rate fee of $15 applies to all orders.

How long will it take for my order to be posted?

Most orders are sent via Australia Post within 24-48 hours of ordering. Larger orders may be sent via courier.

Some of our parts are shipped directly from our distributor, these are generally shipped within 24-48 hours Mon-Fri (if the order is placed before 2pm AEST each day). All items shipped by distributor are automatically marked as "Leave at front door". If you do not wish for this to happen and you wish to sign for your order, please let us know at the time of order.

We do our best to keep our stock status accurate and have set up scripts which sync to our distributor stock status every 1.5-2 hours. However, we are unable to sync inventory levels so have a generic quantity of 6x set for all parts shipped direct from our distributor. In some cases, especially when a higher quantity is ordered, we may be unable to fulfil your full order.

If you place an order for an item that is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible with an expected lead time and, where appropriate, suggest suitable alternatives. If the lead time or alternatives are not suitable, we will provide a full refund.

Why do you ship the majority of your parts directly from your distributor and not keep stock on hand?

The main two reasons are cost efficiencies and shipping speed. As we are semi-rural, not only is shipping more expensive, it can be a lot slower. Our distributor is based in the city and set up to efficiently pack and send orders at a much faster and cheaper rate.

To cover the cost of shipping to us, then repack and send to customers is inefficient and would only raise cost our end and for the customer.

Despite this, we continue to handle all Warranty claims directly. You are not forced to go through our distributor for warranty claims. In most instances, we'll simply send you another one, once a fault is confirmed and handle the warranty separately ourselves.
