Where we ship

Australia only, for now. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Cost

A flat $15 per order, anywhere in Australia. Same rate on every order, every time.

When it ships

In-stock orders leave our workshop in Adelaide within 1-2 business days, by Australia Post with tracking. You'll get the tracking number by email when it goes.

Made-to-order items

Cover plates and anything custom are made after you order. The lead time is on each product page (currently about 2 weeks). If your order mixes in-stock and made-to-order items, it ships together once everything's ready. If you'd rather have the in-stock items first, email us.

If something's unavailable

If you order something we can't supply straight away, we'll contact you with an expected lead time and, where it makes sense, an alternative. If neither suits, you get a full refund.
